We're working with an award-winning digital marketing agency to find a commercially driven Digital Marketing Sales Executive to join their growing team.

You’ll be speaking with businesses already interested in improving their digital presence, alongside proactively generating new opportunities through outbound outreach. The agency has built a strong reputation across SEO, PPC, website design, and digital growth strategy, with consistent inbound demand and ambitious growth plans.

The Role
You’ll play a key role in converting inbound enquiries and generating new business opportunities across the agency’s digital marketing services. Responsibilities will include:
Speaking with inbound leads via phone, Zoom, and email
Making outbound calls to prospective businesses
Understanding client goals, challenges, and growth plans
Recommending suitable digital marketing solutions including SEO, PPC, and website services
Closing deals and managing the sales process efficiently
Working closely with the delivery team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
Building long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients
What We’re Looking For
The business is open on background, but they’re looking for someone who is commercially driven, confident communicating with clients, and motivated by targets and progression.
The ideal candidate will:
Have previous sales or business development experience
Be confident speaking on calls and video meetings
Enjoy working towards targets and closing deals
Have a commercial mindset and understand value-led selling
Have an interest in digital marketing, online growth, or agency environments
Experience selling digital marketing services would be beneficial, but not essential

This role is based near Bishop's Stortford, with hybrid working options available.
