We’re partnering with a globally recognised technology consultancy delivering some of the most innovative and complex projects in the market.
This is a business where ideas don’t just stay on paper, they become real-world solutions. From advanced product development to solving high-stakes technical challenges, their work sits at the intersection of technology, science and commercial innovation.
They’re now looking for a Head of Demand Generation to shape how they generate and convert demand across global markets, building campaigns that directly influence pipeline, revenue and long-term growth.
The Role
This is a senior, high-impact position where you’ll take ownership of demand generation strategy across the business, with a clear focus on driving pipeline, revenue and long-term market positioning.
You’ll be responsible for:
Defining audience, segmentation and targeting strategies to drive pipeline growth across key sectors and regions
Leading the development and execution of integrated demand generation campaigns, from insight and concept through to delivery and optimisation
Partnering closely with senior stakeholders to translate commercial priorities into marketing activity with a clear line to sales outcomes
Building a clear view of performance across the funnel, using CRM, automation and analytics tools to drive continuous improvement
Managing budgets effectively, ensuring investment is aligned to ROI and measurable commercial impact
Alongside this, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of the marketing function, influencing direction, improving capability, and helping create a high-performing, collaborative team environment.
What we’re looking for
Proven experience leading demand generation within a B2B environment, ideally in complex or consultative sales settings
Experience leading product or service launches, playing a key role in shaping and delivering campaign strategy
A track record of delivering campaigns that create measurable business impact
Strong experience partnering with sales teams or senior stakeholders to align marketing with commercial objectives
Experience working across global or multi-region markets, with the ability to manage complexity and prioritise effectively
A data-led mindset, with hands-on experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
A confident and credible leader, able to bring clarity, structure and momentum in evolving or ambiguous environments
A recognised marketing qualification (e.g. CIM) or a degree in Marketing or a related field
Why apply?
This is a rare opportunity to step into a genuinely high-impact role within a global business where marketing is seen as a driver of growth, not just a support function.
You’ll be working at the forefront of innovation, surrounded by people solving complex, meaningful challenges every day, with the backing of a business that truly invests in its team.
Alongside the opportunity itself, you’ll benefit from a strong and well-rounded package, including:
Industry-leading remuneration package
Discretionary bonus, directly linking your contribution to business success
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
Private healthcare, life insurance and travel insurance
Daily free breakfast and lunch on-site
It’s the kind of environment where you’re trusted to make an impact, supported to grow, and part of something genuinely exciting, where your work has a clear and visible impact on pipeline and commercial growth.
