We’re partnering with a recognised name in the fashion industry that’s looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager with a strong fashion background to lead its paid acquisition strategy.
This is an opportunity to join a growing fashion e-commerce business where you’ll have the autonomy to influence digital performance, shape strategy and make a genuine commercial impact.
Working closely with senior leadership, you'll take ownership of performance marketing across multiple paid channels, using data, insight and creativity to drive customer acquisition, increase online revenue and maximise return on investment.
The Role
This is a hands-on position where you'll oversee paid media activity from strategy through to optimisation, continually identifying opportunities to improve performance and support the wider commercial objectives of the business. You'll work collaboratively across marketing, e-commerce and buying, ensuring campaigns are aligned with business priorities while delivering measurable results.
What you'll be doing
Owning and evolving the paid acquisition strategy across multiple digital channels.
Using data and commercial insight to optimise performance and maximise return on advertising spend.
Managing significant marketing budgets and identifying opportunities for sustainable growth.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure campaigns support key trading, product and commercial objectives.
Providing performance insight and strategic recommendations that influence future marketing decisions.
About You
To be considered, you'll ideally have:
Three to five years’ experience in a performance marketing or paid media role.
Previous performance marketing experience within a fashion brand or fashion retailer. This is essential for the role.
Strong e-commerce experience and an understanding of online customer acquisition, seasonal trading patterns and fashion-led consumer behaviour.
Hands-on experience across Meta, Google and TikTok advertising platforms.
Experience managing significant budgets and scaling campaigns while maintaining strong commercial performance.
A data-led mindset, with the confidence to translate performance insights into clear actions and strategic recommendations.
Why Apply?
This is an opportunity to take ownership of a key area of the marketing function within a growing e-commerce business. Rather than simply managing campaigns, you'll play an influential role in shaping paid acquisition strategy, driving commercial growth and helping the business make smarter marketing decisions. If you're looking for a role where you can combine hands-on campaign management with strategic thinking, while seeing the direct impact of your work on business performance, this offers exactly that.
Alongside the opportunity to make a genuine difference, you'll also receive a competitive holiday allowance, private healthcare, a healthcare cashback scheme, generous staff discount, workplace pension and free on-site parking.
