We’re partnering with a leading marketing agency based in central Cambridge to find a Senior Account Manager to join their client services team.
This is an opportunity to step into a role where client relationships go beyond delivery. You’ll be working with a mix of established and growing brands, helping shape marketing activity that genuinely drives business performance, not just campaigns for the sake of it.
This agency blends brand, creative and digital thinking to solve complex marketing challenges, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys being close to both the strategic and delivery side of client work.
The Role
You’ll act as the main point of contact across a portfolio of clients, building strong, trusted relationships and ensuring work delivered is both high quality and commercially effective.
Own and develop key client relationships, acting as a strategic partner
Lead the delivery of integrated marketing projects across brand, digital and creative
Translate client briefs into clear internal direction across creative and delivery teams
Identify opportunities to grow accounts through additional services or new ideas
Support and contribute to pitches and new business activity
Work closely with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
Manage budgets, forecasts and overall account performance
What we’re looking for
Experience in an agency environment or similar client-facing role
Strong understanding of the marketing mix, including digital and brand
Commercial mindset, someone who understands how marketing links to business outcomes
Confident communicator, able to build relationships and challenge where needed
Organised and calm under pressure, able to manage multiple projects at once
Comfortable presenting ideas and leading client conversations
Experience managing or mentoring more junior team members is a plus

Central Cambridge, with a hybrid split of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. Easily commutable from places in and around Cambridgeshire like, Ely, Newmarket, Saffron Walden, Royston, Huntingdon, St Ives, and Bury St Edmunds.
