We’re working with a growing business within the music and creative space to find a Social Media Manager who understands how to create content that genuinely connects.
This isn’t about ticking boxes or scheduling posts. It’s about knowing what will resonate, spotting trends early, and turning ideas into content that drives engagement and growth.
You’ll be working closely with a range of clients and creative teams, taking ownership of social channels and playing a key role in how they show up online.
The Role
This is a hands-on, ideas-led role where you’ll be trusted to shape and deliver social output that actually performs.
Take full ownership of multiple artist and label accounts, shaping how they show up across TikTok and Instagram
Bring fresh, culturally relevant content ideas that tap into trends, moments and audience behaviour
Capture, create and edit short-form content that feels native to each platform, not repurposed
Build content plans that balance consistency with spontaneity, keeping feeds active and engaging
Partner closely with clients, leading conversations, sharing ideas and building trusted relationships
Turn performance insights into smarter content, constantly refining what you do based on what works
Keep a close eye on the wider social and music landscape, spotting opportunities others miss
Ensure every piece of content aligns with the artist’s identity, tone and audience
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who’s both creative and commercially aware, someone who gets that good content drives growth.
A minimum of 2 years’ experience managing social media accounts, ideally within music, entertainment or a FMCG space
Proven experience creating short-form video content that drives engagement
A natural feel for TikTok and Instagram, how they work, what performs and why
Confidence working directly with clients, sharing ideas and managing feedback
Someone who’s tuned into music culture, especially electronic or dance
Comfortable managing multiple accounts without losing quality or attention to detail
Proactive, ideas-driven, and motivated by improving performance over time
Why apply?
You’ll be stepping into a role where your ideas matter. This isn’t about following a rigid plan, it’s about contributing to it, shaping it, and seeing your work directly impact growth and engagement.
If you enjoy the pace of social, care about the quality of what you put out, and want to work in an environment where creativity and accountability go hand in hand, this is a strong next step.
