About You:

You’ll need:

  • Proven experience in channel marketing, partner marketing, or B2B marketing within a tangible product industry.

  • A solid understanding of channel sales models and partner ecosystems.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

  • Experience in developing marketing toolkits, sales collateral, and training materials.

  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to track and report on campaign performance.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

The Role:

Reporting to the Channel Manager, you’ll be responsible for shaping and executing the channel marketing strategy, working closely with partners to drive demand and increase sales. You’ll be the go-to marketing expert for partner engagement, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to effectively promote and sell products.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage partner events, webinars, and sponsorships to enhance engagement and brand presence.

  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of market trends, competitors, and partner needs.

  • Own and track marketing budgets to ensure high ROI on partner marketing activities.

  • Develop and implement marketing plans to support partner recruitment and revenue growth.

  • Create and deliver engaging marketing campaigns, promotions, and enablement materials.

  • Analyse partner performance and campaign effectiveness, optimising for maximum impact.

  • Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies. ​

This role is based in Cambridge with a flexible hybrid working model. The Cambridgeshire based office is easily commutable from surrounding areas such as Ely, Newmarket, St Neots, Huntingdon, Royston, Bury St Edmunds, Peterborough and further afield.
