​We’re working with a well-established B2B manufacturer with an international presence, looking to bring in a Digital Marketing Executive to support their next phase of growth.

This role sits closely with the Head of Marketing, giving you real exposure to how marketing decisions are made, not just how they’re executed. It’s a hands-on position where you’ll be involved across content, digital channels, and campaign delivery from the start.

The Role

This is a varied digital role where you’ll be supporting the day-to-day delivery of marketing activity across multiple channels.

A big part of the position will involve managing and maintaining the company’s digital presence, from social content through to website updates and campaign support. You’ll be working with pre-planned activity but also getting involved in shaping how content is delivered, particularly across newer formats like video and digital assets.

Alongside this, you’ll support the performance side of marketing too. That includes helping pull together insights on what’s working, keeping an eye on competitor activity, and feeding into how campaigns evolve over time.

It’s a role where you’ll get a well-rounded view of digital marketing, rather than being confined to one channel or task.

What we’re looking for

This role would suit someone at an early stage in their marketing career who is keen to build real, hands-on experience.

You might have studied marketing, picked up some experience in a previous role, or be looking for that first step where you can properly develop. What matters most is your approach. Someone curious, proactive, and willing to get stuck in will do well here.

An interest in how brands show up digitally is important, whether that’s through social content, campaigns, or different types of creative assets. You don’t need to have done everything before, but you should be keen to learn and confident taking ownership of your work as you grow into the role.

Location

This role is based onsite five days a week in their Hertford office, so would suit candidates within a reasonable commute across Hertfordshire and Essex, including Bishop’s Stortford, Harlow, Ware, Cheshunt, Epping, Chelmsford, and surrounding areas.
