As part of their continued growth, they’re now strengthening their in-house creative capability to elevate that presence even further.
They’re looking for a Graphic Designer who doesn’t just execute artwork, but thinks in brand. Someone who understands visual storytelling, cares about detail and takes real pride in producing creative that feels polished, premium and purposeful.
This is a full-time, office-based role in Hoddesdon, where you’ll be embedded in the business and close to the products, the people and the pace of the brand.
The Opportunity
At its core, this role is about graphic design. You’ll be creating campaign assets, brochures, social content, digital graphics and marketing materials that feel cohesive and elevated. The products are design-led, so the creative output needs to reflect that same level of craft and attention to detail.
Photography and video are also an important part of how the brand shows up. You’ll be confident capturing product and lifestyle imagery, editing photography for both print and digital, and supporting short-form video content with clean, on-brand edits and light motion elements where needed.
This is a varied, hands-on role. It would suit someone who enjoys taking ownership of the visual identity across multiple channels rather than sitting solely in a production lane. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing and content colleagues, contributing ideas and ensuring consistency across everything that leaves the business.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 1-2+ years’ experience in a professional Graphic Design/Creative Designer role
Experienced and confident in both photography and video editing
A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, photography and video work, required with application
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
A strong eye for layout, typography and brand consistency
Organised, detail-focused and confident managing multiple creative projects

Location
This is a full-time, onsite role based in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire. You’ll need to be able to drive to the office daily, so a full UK driving licence and access to a car is essential. The role is commutable from areas including Enfield, Cheshunt, Hertford, Harlow, Stevenage, Potters Bar, Bishop’s Stortford, Ware, Broxbourne, Welwyn Garden City, St Albans and surrounding parts of Hertfordshire, Essex and North London.
