They’re now looking for an experienced SEO Account Manager to take ownership of organic performance across a portfolio of clients.
The Role
This is a strategic but hands-on SEO role, ideal for someone who genuinely lives and breathes organic search.
You’ll lead SEO strategy across multiple client accounts, aligning activity to commercial objectives and measurable KPIs.
Key responsibilities include:
Owning SEO strategy and delivery across a portfolio of client accounts
Conducting technical audits across crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals and site structure
Leading on-page optimisation including metadata, internal linking and content refinement
Building SEO-led content roadmaps informed by keyword research and search intent
Supporting ethical authority-building and link acquisition strategies
Monitoring rankings, traffic and conversion performance, translating data into actionable insights
Collaborating with paid media, content and development teams to ensure joined-up strategy
Staying ahead of algorithm updates, AI-driven search, AEO and GEO principles
You’ll have autonomy over your accounts, with senior SEO support and mentorship to continue developing your expertise.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years’ experience in an SEO-focused role, ideally agency-side
Strong technical SEO capability with confidence running audits independently
Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
Commercial awareness and confidence discussing performance with clients
Ability to translate complex data into clear strategic direction
Comfortable being both strategic and hands-on
Up-to-date knowledge of AI search developments and evolving SEO best practice

This is a mostly remote UK-based role with flexibility around core hours, alongside regular in-person collaboration in Hertfordshire.
Location
This role follows a remote-first structure, with team visits expected at least twice per month in Hertfordshire. You’ll need to be able to travel to the office, making the role commutable from Watford and surrounding areas, including St Albans, Hemel Hempstead, Hitchin, Harpenden, Welwyn Garden City, Stevenage, Letchworth, Hatfield, Borehamwood and other parts of Hertfordshire, as well as nearby areas of Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and North London.
