​We’re partnered with a global, vertically integrated fresh produce business delivering their products to market 365 days a year. With operations spanning five continents and multiple brands across the supply chain, from growing and sourcing to ready-to-eat consumer products, their in-house group marketing team operates like a creative agency, supporting more than 15 divisions worldwide.

As the team continues to grow, they’re now looking for a Marketing Executive to join their Hertfordshire-based office.

If you’re creative, organised and enjoy bringing ideas to life across design, content and events, this is a fantastic opportunity to step into a varied and hands-on global role.

The Role

This role sits at the centre of brand and creative delivery, supporting activity across design, social media, events and communications. You’ll play a key part in keeping the brand vibrant, consistent and visible across multiple touchpoints.

You’ll be involved in:

  • Creating and adapting templates for social media, digital content and presentations

  • Supporting advertising asset creation for digital and print campaigns

  • Managing and organising brand assets, templates and media libraries

  • Developing and maintaining Office templates for internal and external use

  • Coordinating branded merchandise (sourcing, artwork, production and distribution)

  • Assisting with photography and videography for campaigns and events

  • Supporting marketing events and activations, including on-site brand setup

  • Managing marketing stock and supplies

It’s a fast-paced, varied role where you’ll collaborate with global teams and see your creative work come to life across multiple regions and brands.

What we’re looking for

  • 1–3 years’ experience in a marketing or creative support role

  • Proficiency in Canva and basic video editing tools

  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy environment

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • A proactive, collaborative mindset

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car

  • Willingness to travel independently for business when required

Desirable:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications or similar

  • Previous event support or planning experience

  • Familiarity with digital asset management systems

  • Additional languages (particularly Spanish)

Location

The company operates with a hybrid working policy, with up to two days per week needed in the Hertfordshire office. Commutable from Enfield, Cheshunt, Hertford, Harlow, Stevenage, Potters Bar, Bishop’s Stortford, Ware, Broxbourne, Welwyn Garden City, St Albans and surrounding areas. Please note: a full UK driving licence and access to a car is required for event support.
