 We are working with a fast-growing digital marketing agency that works with both B2B and B2C clients.

They combine the agility of a small team with the delivery capability of a much larger one with support across the UK.

They’re looking for a new Client Services Account Manager to join their high-performing team due to recent growth within the business. The agency offers a fully remote setup with monthly in-person meetups in London or Hertfordshire, 25 days’ holiday + bank holidays, provided laptop, strong senior leadership, and real progression opportunities as the team scales.

The Opportunity:

This is a role for someone who thrives on owning client relationships, keeping projects running smoothly, and ensuring work is delivered to an exceptional standard. You’ll act as a trusted point of contact for clients coordinating internal specialist across PPC, paid social, SEO, content, and design.

While hands-on PPC and SEO experience is a bonus, the core of this role is client communication, project management, and internal coordination. The agency is growing quickly so there are opportunities for progression into senior roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main day-to-day contact for a varied client portfolio.

  • Lead client communication and ensure deliverables are clear, timely, and on track.

  • Coordinate internal PPC, SEO, design, and content specialist.

  • Support monthly reporting and attend occasional in-person meetings.

  • Maintain and improve processes as the agency grows.

  • Identify opportunities for upsells and expanded support.

  • Support proposal development and scopes of work.

  • Provide light hands-on marketing support where needed (PPC, paid social, SEO).

Essential Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of digital marketing agency experience (non-negotiable).

  • 2-4 years in client services, account management, or project oversight.

  • Working understanding of PPC, paid social, and SEO.

  • Confident presenting work and leading conversations.

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
