About the Role:
As Customer Relations Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the home’s occupancy growth and income generation. You’ll create and execute strategic marketing plans, build community relationships, manage the online and PR presence, and ensure every prospective resident and their family receives a world-class welcome and move-in experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive occupancy and maximise income through targeted marketing and sales strategies.
Deliver a seamless and supportive move-in journey for self-funding and publicly funded residents.
Engage with the local community to raise awareness and build partnerships with healthcare professionals, local authorities, NHS Trusts, and other key stakeholders.
Manage and elevate the home’s presence on social media platforms.
Submit PR stories and coordinate marketing events, including open houses and community initiatives.
Monitor KPIs around conversion rates, occupancy levels, average weekly fees, and private funder percentage.
Maintain detailed records and CRM tracking and provide regular reports.
What We're Looking For:
Proven track record in sales, marketing, or business development within the care sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong social media and PR skills with attention to brand image and reputation management.
Experience working to KPIs and data-driven performance goals.
Ability to travel to other sites as needed.
Location:
This position is full time office based so you will need to live within a commutable distance of Worcester in areas such as, Stratford-Upon-Avon, Malvern, Bromsgrove, Redditch, Kidderminster, Droitwich, and Evesham or Birmingham.
