We’re recruiting for a fast-growing, cult-favourite beauty brand and we’re on the hunt for a camera-confident, creative, and content-obsessed Social Media Executive to level up their presence across new social platforms, especially for Gen-Z and Gen Alpha audiences.
This role is NOT for someone who wants to hide behind the scenes. We’re looking for a confident and charismatic on-screen personality who knows how to turn a TikTok live into a viral moment, make a product launch feel like an event, and genuinely connect with their growing community.
About the Role:
You’re going to be the face and voice of the brand on Lives and video content (think: Tik Tok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts – wherever Gen-Z is watching).
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Planning, scripting, shooting, and editing short-form video and livestream recaps that bring podcasts to life in a fun, relatable way.
Owning the social media content calendar and scheduling posts that hit the right tone and timing.
Collaborating with the brand and creative teams to align content with product launches and campaigns.
Monitor performance and stay ahead of trends.
About You:
You shine on camera, you’re naturally confident, personable, and quick on your feet during live sessions.
You know what’s trending before it trends.
You bring excellent written and video editing skills with a creative mindset understanding content strategy.

Location:
Due to the hybrid nature of the role, this position would suit candidates based in London or commutable towns. You’ll need to be on site two days a week.
