Digital Marketing Executive - Hybrid
We’re partnering with a leading consumer brand that’s built its reputation on innovation, creativity, and genuine connection with its audience. They’re now looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to bring energy and expertise to their growing marketing team.

From crafting standout emails to managing CRM journeys and creating social content, this is a role that perfectly balances creativity with commercial impact.
What We’re Looking For:
Ideally, you’ll be a confident all-rounder who’s comfortable switching between data and design. Someone who loves thinking creatively, testing new ideas, and keeping things moving.
Do you Have?
At least 2 years’ experience in email, CRM or digital marketing (ideally in FMCG, B2C or agency settings).
Solid knowledge of Salesforce, Mailchimp or Ometria, and experience managing CRM databases and customer segmentation.
A proven track record in social media management, from content planning and trend tracking to analytics and reporting.
A creative flair and working knowledge of Photoshop or similar design tools.
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to finding new marketing opportunities.
A driving licence, and the ability to be in the Bedfordshire office every Monday and Wednesday as part of a hybrid structure (non-negotiable).
What You’ll Be Doing:
Every week will bring a mix of campaign building, content creation, and performance insight.
You’ll:
Plan, build, and deliver engaging email campaigns using platforms such as Salesforce, Mailchimp or Ometria.
Manage CRM activity, including segmentation, targeting, and reporting, to make sure every message hits the mark.
Create and schedule social media campaigns that reflect brand personality, jump on relevant trends, and engage customers in fresh, meaningful ways.
Analyse performance across email and social channels, reporting on engagement, conversions, and audience behaviour.
Work closely with external agencies on campaign planning, creative assets, and wider marketing activity.
Identify new opportunities across the marketing schedule, from campaign innovation to new imaging and content solutions.

Location:
This role is based in Bedford and you need to be able to drive to the office three days a week including on Mondays and Wednesdays, and the rest you can work from home if you choose to. The rest of the time, you can work from home if you choose to. This makes the role easily commutable from other parts of Bedfordshire and the surrounding counties in places like Milton Keynes, Cambridge, Luton, Northampton, Hitchin, St Neots, Stevenage, and Huntingdon.
