​This is your chance to join a fantastic market leader with a household name as their Senior Strategic Brand Manager. They’re evolving their brand function across Europe, and this newly created leadership role sits right at the heart of that transformation.

If you’ve got experience leading brand programmes in large, complex organisations, and you’re ready to shape something new from the ground up, this could be your opportunity to truly leave your mark.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Translating global brand strategy into a clear, practical roadmap for European markets

  • Leading cross-functional brand activity across creative, media, partnerships, internal engagement and more

  • Acting as the key connector between the central brand vision and divisional business priorities

  • Building brand delivery infrastructure, toolkits, frameworks, playbooks and engagement models from scratch

  • Managing and mentoring a small brand team, and supporting embedded brand advisors across the business

What we’re looking for:

You’ll need to bring a mix of strategic thinking, creative leadership, and operational expertise. You’ll also need the credibility to influence at a senior level and the agility to work across multiple divisions, markets and cultures.

We’re particularly keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate experience in:

  • Leading brand strategy and activation within a large or complex organisation

  • Collaborating with commercial business units to embed brand thinking, with the confidence to present at a senior level and communicate with clarity

  • Driving brand activity across creative development, paid media, governance and internal engagement, ideally someone who thrives in cross-functional, multi-market environments and can work seamlessly with agency partners

  • Understanding customer behaviour and applying customer-first thinking to brand initiatives

  • Experience working across European markets or leading transformation programmes would be a bonus

  • Being a self-starter with strong stakeholder management skills, able to influence and build relationships across all levels

Location:

The role is based out of their Reading head office and you'll need to be in at least two days per week. It’s commutable from a wide range of locations including Oxford, Basingstoke, Milton Keynes, Watford, Guildford, Ascot, Wokingham, Woking, Hemel Hempstead, Slough, and parts of the Thames Valley region.
