We’re working with a growing digital agency who are looking to bring an SEO Manager into the team.
This is a role for someone who enjoys getting stuck into both the technical and creative side of search. You’ll be managing a mix of client accounts, shaping SEO strategies, and helping brands improve how they show up online.
It’s a nice balance of ownership and collaboration, where your ideas will be heard and your work will have a clear impact.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for leading SEO activity across a portfolio of clients, from identifying opportunities through to implementing and refining strategy over time.
Day to day, that means digging into keyword insights, improving on-site performance, and working closely with content and digital teams to make sure everything aligns. You’ll also be keeping a close eye on performance data, using it to guide decisions and show what’s working.
There’s plenty of variety in the role, and space to develop your thinking as search continues to evolve.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who understands how SEO contributes to wider marketing performance, not just rankings, but real impact.
Ideally, you’ll bring:
Experience managing SEO across multiple websites or clients, ideally within an agency or fast-paced environment
Confidence using tools like GA4, Search Console, and platforms such as SEMrush or Screaming Frog to guide decisions
A solid grounding in technical SEO, alongside an appreciation for content and how it supports search performance
The ability to prioritise and manage your own workload across different projects without losing attention to detail
Strong communication skills, comfortable explaining ideas and results to both internal teams and clients
Why apply?
You’ll be joining a team that takes pride in their work, but doesn’t take themselves too seriously.
There’s a genuine focus on collaboration, development, and doing things properly, without unnecessary process getting in the way. Alongside that, you’ll have access to a bonus scheme, private medical, pension, and regular team socials.
It’s the kind of environment where you can get your head down, do good work, and keep progressing.
